2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Nurses St. Marys office located on the 2nd floor of the Outpatient Rehabilitation Building on the campus of Elk Regional Health Center.
Kane:
1st Monday of Feb., April, June, Aug. Oct., & Dec. at 3:00 p.m. at The Lutheran Home at 100 High Point Drive
Bradford:
last Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m. at the Church of the Ascension, Chataqua Place
Smethport:
4th Tuesday of each month at 10 a.m. at the Smethport Senior Center
