Our Certified Wound Care Nurse provides our
patients with the most up-to-date, state-of-the-art techniques and
expertise for treating wound and ostomy problems in the
comfort of home.

Home Telehealth
Community Nurses offers our patients better access
to care through the use of telehealth units in the homes of
appropriate patients. Using a telehealth unit, our patient can take
his/her own blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, heart sounds, and
pulse ox and easily transfer the results back to his/her nurse at our
main office. Telehealth allows our staff to more closely monitor
patients in-between regular scheduled home visits.
