Senior outreach is a new, free service designed to promote the safety and security of older adults or adults with disabilities who live alone, do not have daily contact and are at risk of sudden illness, falls, accidents and social isolation. Perhaps they can't prepare meals or are forgetting to take their medications. Maybe they have little social connection and don't have family around to check on them.

We provide services such as:

• telephone reassurance
• home assistance
• additional support
• health education

Volunteer opportunities:
