Here's How To Make A Memorial Donation or Special Gift Donation to the Community Nurses

  Community Nurses, Inc. appreciates the support of our many friends who make a:
  1)  Memorial donation in memory of a deceased relative or friend
  2)  Gift donation to acknowledge a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary
  3)  General donation to thank our Agency for services provided in our communities.

  To make a donation, please click on the memorial card (above left), print the card, then just fill it out and mail it to the address listed.

Memorial gifts are acknowledged immediately by a personal letter to the bereaved family, with no mention of the gift amount. An acknowledgment card is also sent to the person who made the donation, along with another memorial /gift card for future use. Gift donations are also acknowledged with a special occasion greeting sent to the person being honored. A thank you is sent to all who make a general donation.
