Memorial, Honorary, and Special Occasion Donations
Many people choose to make a gift to the Community Nurses in memory of a loved one, in honor of someone special, or as a meaningful gift to commemorate a special occasion.
We will send a letter to whomever you designate on your donation form and inform them of your gift. An acknowledgement card is also sent to you, to express our appreciation and let you know that we have received your donation.
