Many people need assistance with personal care services, help with managing their home, and respite care. These services are available to everyone—no physician referral is needed. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Adult Day Services

Adult Day Services is a licensed facility in St. Marys that provides a home-like atmosphere and an activity-oriented program from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, for adults 60 and older with a physical or mental impairment.

In-Home Rehabilitation

Physical, occupational and speech therapy are provided to patients in their homes to help them recover from illness or injury.

Telehealth - click here to learn more
Interactive home telehealth allows the Community Nurses the ability to visit and monitor you in the comfort of your home through the use of telehealth video and non-video monitors. This added ability to monitor patients in between visits allows Community Nurses to reinforce the education process and to provide earlier intervention.
